These are my SMART goals
Goal#1
Effective Oral and Written Communication
I will attend at least 1 team event and I will volunteer in at least 1 club. I will talk about my opinions and I will help my team members. By doing this, I will learn how to talk in a group and communicate my opinions and ideas.

Goal#2
Collaboration Across Networks and Leading with Influence
I will attend at least 1 virtual hackathon where I will learn how to pitch my ideas in a group. By doing so, I will learn how to collaborate across networks as many people in hackathons are from different educational backgrounds.
Also, I will attend an orientation event as an orientation event leader. In this event, I will be leading 10 younger volunteers to do their work. By doing this, I will learn how to lead with influence.
